90octane Volunteers with Rebuilding Together and HGTV for the Green Street Program

The agency's staff devoted a day to planting trees and making Denver more beautiful

DENVER, CO, May 7, 2008 - On Friday, May 2, 90octane gave back to the city of Denver, which is home to the interactive marketing agency. As part of a crew of volunteers working with Rebuilding Together Metro Denver, more than 20 staff members planted trees in the Curtis Park neighborhood.

The organization's "Green Street" program, as it is called, is sponsored by HGTV, the National Trust for Historic Preservation and the Natural Resources Defense Council. It aims to beautify and revitalize urban communities while helping the environment through improved air quality.

"We were happy to see that our staff puts just as much effort into volunteering as they do their work at 90octane. And we’re looking forward to seeing the trees we planted grow over the years," said Jim Grinney, Partner at 90octane.
