90octane Acquires DTG Technology Capabilities
DENVER, August 16, 2006 -- Interactive marketing agency 90octane, LLC, has acquired key lead generation and search engine marketing technology capabilities from Davis Technologies Group (DTG). Under the agreement, 90octane is gaining specific hardware, software and consulting services to expand its proprietary 90LeadsTM online lead generation and tracking platform. DTG will continue to operate autonomously, focusing on website development, hosting and e-commerce solutions.
As part of the acquisition Peter Samland has joined 90octane as a web application developer. Samland will help customize and evolve the functionality of 90octane's online lead generation and search engine marketing tools. At DTG Samland built and maintained websites and databases using ASP, SQL, XML and PHP. Previously, he was a data migration consultant for The Conflict Center. He earned his Bachelors of Science in Computer Science at McPherson College and is a member of the Autonomous Robot Group.
