Web Designer / Creative Conversion Specialist
90octane is changing the rules: our creative work produces a measurable return on investment. We are a conversion-driven marketing agency based in downtown Denver. A pioneer in response-based interactive tactics such as search engine marketing, online advertising and microsite design, we integrate these with more traditional channels to deliver custom, optimized programs.
We are looking for a Web designer to continue pushing this expertise forward. The candidate must have a minimum of two years design experience, with a focus on creating user experiences that drive response.
The Web designer/creative conversion specialist will be responsible for:
- Originating, designing & presenting creative concepts for clients & internal marketing
- Creating compelling, user-friendly landing pages, microsites, online ads and emails
- Front-end coding - breaking design into HTML, XHTML and CSS, & executing on 90octane's proprietary CMS
- Continually optimizing creative based on user behavior and results
- Learning and developing best practices in conversion to keep 90octane at the forefront of the industry
Requirements:
- 2+ years designing for demand generation activities & optimizing creative based on analyzed results
- Superior user interface design and typography skills
- Demonstrated expertise in HTML, CSS, XHTML, Photoshop and Illustrator
- Exceptional client communication
- Fierce work ethic
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to juggle multiple projects and meet deadlines
- Viewable portfolio of existing work
- Analytics experience a plus
- Experience with Eloqua, Marketo, or other lead management platforms a plus
- B2B experience a BIG plus
Opportunity for part-time or full-time, depending on experience and availability.
