Media Coordinator

We’re looking for a smart, energetic and innovative full-time, Media Coordinator to support, execute and analyze interactive marketing campaigns. If you’re results-driven with a passion for digital marketing, please read on:


  • Work closely with Media Team on daily deliverables, tasks & current projects with constant communication on status of work to ensure efficient workflow
  • Manage set-up & day-to-day campaign maintenance including campaign/site tracking, media trafficking, optimizing placements, monitoring pacing & billing process
  • Responsible for trafficking campaigns in DCM (inclusive of any third party tags such as Google Analytics, DMP tags, attribution tags etc.)
  • Responsible for ad ops and campaign implementation (e.g., ad-serving, trafficking, reporting) across all aspects of programmatic and reservation-based media
  • Manage all Insertion Orders with media partners and work hand in hand with finance team to accomplish monthly billing requirements
  • Cultivate relationships with media vendors, draft and submit RFPs, evaluate proposals, provide media POVs
  • Keep current on new media opportunities/tools/trends for the agency & communicate new opportunities to team


  • Bachelor’s degree – preferably in marketing, communications or business management
  • Superb multi-tasking skills with ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines while consistently delivering quality work
  • Self-starter that will work to seek out solutions in an efficient manner
  • Inquisitive nature with proven research ability
  • Analytical thinker with strong problem solving skills
  • Strong written and oral communication and presentation skills
  • Impeccable attention to detail and quality assurance (QA)
  • Experience with trafficking & managing digital campaigns a plus
  • Prefer experience with Doubleclick Campaign Manager & Google Analytics (or similar alternatives)
  • Proficiency in MS Office: Word, Excel and PowerPoint
