Employer Brand Manager

90octane is a digital agency that specializes in Top Pursuit Marketing™. We help clients meet their revenue goals through the strategy, execution, measurement and optimization phases of hyper-targeted programs.

We’re looking for a positive, driven, insightful full-time Employer Brand Manager to make 90octane a talent magnet, lead and manage pipeline recruiting, and ensure that we have – and we actually deliver – the right onboarding to new employees.

The goals of this role are to make 90octane the #1 Denver-based agency for the right people with the right point of view, get them here, and ensure they get oriented so they can more quickly realize their potential.

Responsibilities

Employer Brand

  • Work with the senior team to identify 90octane’s unique value proposition as an employer.
  • Make recommendations to hone and highlight the critical elements that make up this value proposition.
  • Seek and manage opportunities to spread the word out into the job candidate market, through PR and other tactics.

Sustainable Pipeline

  • Plan and manage 90octane events to network with potential pipeline candidates, and assess and attend events that others put on.
  • Continually improve our pipelining, recruiting and interview process, making it more efficient and effective.
  • Work with department heads to prioritize and schedule hires.
  • Identify advertising outlets and manage the placement of job postings.
  • Manage the interview process. Screen resumes, conduct initial phone screens, determine which candidates should advance, and manage the rest of the interview process to ensure it moves quickly and completely.

Employee Experience

  • Continually assess and improve the 90octane new employee experience, from job offer through onboarding.
  • Create custom onboarding for different roles and update the content as needed.
  • Ensure that new employees get the proper onboarding in a timely manner.
  • Create and run an intern program, including the management of interns.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years in talent acquisition and/or employer brand
  • Extremely authentic, positive and outgoing
  • Strong insight and ability to assess culture and talent fit
  • Solid networking skills
  • Great written and verbal communication
  • Event management a plus
  • Marketing agency expertise a big plus
