We conducted end-user interviews, created personas and conducted research to optimize the Carbon Drive website. Based on our learnings and best practices for mobile, user experience and storytelling, we recreated the entire microsite—Gates Carbon Drive—for end-users (cyclists), bike shop owners and OEMs.
At this writing, the site just launched. Our goal is to promote Carbon Drive through a strategic mix of media.
